This seminar is a joint presentation by the Labour Relations Agency and the Equality Commission. It is suitable for all levels of employee in the sector seeking an understanding of the closely related issues of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
Seminar Aim: This seminar aims to look at the closely related issues of bullying and harassment and highlights the differences between the two behaviours. It seeks to place both issues in their legal context and to show how incidents (of bullying or harassment) can be prevented or dealt with effectively through appropriate procedures.
