Setting up a company limited by guarantee

This session will have a look at the key features of a company limited by guarantee, and looks at the duties of a company director.

It will provide helpful advice around setting up a company and also give an opportunity to discuss some of the issues that groups should take into consideration when thinking about changing structure.

This course is interactive, allowing participants to ask questions throughout and is accompanied by comprehensive notes on the subject.

The training is free as part of the NICVA Outreach Programme.

Please note, training sessions and one-to-one advice sessions are also available in your own premises. If you are unable to attend during the day, evening sessions can also be arranged.
