Seminar Aim: The aim of this event is to equip senior managers and HR professionals in the sector with an implementation plan for managing flexible working patterns in the workplace.
Learning Objectives: By the end of the briefing participants should have:

Types of flexible working patterns
Business arguments for promoting work-life balance
- An awareness of the legislative framework related to this area.
- Considered best practice through relevant case law and case studies.
