NICVA's first policy manifesto.
NICVA launched the first policy manifesto from the voluntary and community sector of Northern Ireland on 30 September 2002 entitled A call for change
The Manifesto sets out NICVA’s vision for Northern Ireland and what the voluntary and community sector can contribute to it in a devolved context.
By producing a Manifesto, the sector can produce a proactive set of priorities, already discussed and agreed, instead of constantly responding to government’s agenda in consultations on topics not of our choosing.
The Manifesto was endorsed at NICVA's AGM
