The fifth annual SCOPE Communication Awards took place on 1 May 2003.
SCOPE is Northern Ireland’s longest established social policy magazine, published by NICVA. The Awards recognise existing good practice in communciation and seek to encourage standards of excellence across the sector.
UTV's Juliann Simmons hosted the event.
