The first of NICVA's new management development programmes gets underway.
NICVA's new Management Development Programme got off to an energetic start on Friday 21 November 2003 when the first of the 12 programmes got underway.
The Advanced Diploma in Management Practice, provided by the University of Ulster Jordanstown, started with an outdoor pursuits team building day at Watertop Farm in Ballycastle.
The group got to know each other by participating in abseiling, constructing a floating bridge and problem-solving activities. The Advanced Diploma lasts for six months and all the successful participants will graduate from the University of Ulster next summer.
If you missed your chance to enrol for the Advanced Diploma this year, then contact Sandra Bailie to register your interest for next year. Alternatively, there is still time to apply for a few remaining places on each of the senior management level leadership programmes.
