Presented by Bill Tarmey (Jack Duckworth) from Coronation Street on 29 May 2002 at the Europa Hotel, Belfast in the presence of 500 guests. The Overall Winner of the night was Sx3 for supporting Action Cancer in their Action Man campaign, which raised awareness about male cancers.

The LINK judging panel were impressed by the creative partnership between Sx3 and Action Cancer which resulted in the original and daring campaign. 76% of the men who attended Action Cancer clinics did so in response to the campaign. Men are a notoriously difficult audience to reach with health messages, making the achievements of the campaign even more worthy of celebration.

Announced at the Europa Hotel on 30 May 2001. Four hundred guests attended the dinner, joined by Linford Christie and Toyah Wilcox who presented the awards. Seven categories were awarded, each highlighting an innovative and rewarding partnership between the private and voluntary sector.

NIE Supply was announced as the winner of the 1999 NICVA/Camelot LINK Awards at Belfast's Europa Hotel on 23 February 2000. NIE were chosen as overall winners from 170 other businesses nominees.

Coronation Street Actor Bill Roach presented the top award to NIE for their exceptional support for Concern Worldwide's Kosovo appeal.

NIE’s contribution to Concern included:

setting up call centre services to receive donations, opening NIE depots as manned drop off points for donated clothes, providing trucks and drivers for journeys to Kosovo, financial support and planning and PR expertise.
