Media Register Form

NICVA would like to take your details for its media register. Find out more and keep us in the loop.

The idea of the media register is that we will collect a list of people in the sector who are willing to give comments and interviews to newspapers and broadcasters about issues they know well. So, if a story broke, the reporter could ring a sector representative for background information or a quotation.

Opportunity

Please just fill in the form and send it back.

Microsoft Word Icon Registration Form

This provides an opportunity to get your messages across to the media and the public whether you are a large voluntary organisation or a local community group.

Expertise

There may be several people in your organisation with expertise in different topics. Please mark which these are using the themes set out overleaf. In addition, if you cover a specific geographical area, please indicate that.

Broad themes

You can email the relevant information to Icon of an envelopecathy.breslin@nicva.org, or post it to:

Cathy Breslin
NICVA
61 Duncairn Gardens
Belfast BT15 2GB.

We are using broad themes for you to select but you may find it helpful to state more specifically where your expertise lies. This will avoid problems of journalists contacting you about subjects you are not familiar with. For example, your main area may be ‘education and learning’ but you may be involved in running children’s homework clubs or training women.

Please add your contact details: address, email address, office telephone number and home or mobile number (news stories break outside office hours). Then add your geographical coverage and send the form back to:

Please take the time to fill in the form and return it to us. Many thanks.
