More management trainees begin programme

Fifteen managers working in the voluntary and community sector have begun the NICVA First Line Management course.

A succesful training programme

The course, designed to develop ability and confidence for first line managers, started with a residential event on 28 September 2006 and will conclude on 1 December 2006. The next course begins on 11 January 2007; unfortunately all places have already been filled.

NICVA's training

NICVA offers subject areas from this programme to all organisations within the sector. Topics include Strategic Planning, Project Planning, Time Management, Stress management, assertiveness and presentation Skills.
