The NICVA Management Development Programme prepares to present its certificates to new graduates.
First Line Management trainees show off their brilliance.
Following the success of last year's ceremony we are holding our third annual Presentation of certificates ceremony on Wednesday 4 October.
Over 40 graduates will receive their OCN First Line Management certificate. Have a look at last year's success stories and watch this space.
The aim of the NICVA Management Development Programme is to help managers develop their skills and competencies, and so see their organisation, and the sector, improved and changed. Since October 2003 when the programme began over 500 managers and 274 organisations have participated in the courses offered at the three management levels.
NICVA is pleased to support 75% of the costs of each of the programmes for those who are successful in securing a place, which make these development opportunities more affordable for all organisations in the sector.
