NICVA announces an invitation to tender for evaluations of some key NICVA operations.
INVITATION TO REGISTER FOR EVALUATION OF NICVA PROJECTS
NICVA is the umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. NIVCA is a membership organisation which aims to achieve progressive social change by tackling disadvantage through voluntary action and community development.
We are seeking to establish a register of organisations or individuals with experience and expertise in carrying out evaluations of projects within the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. During the next year we will be required to carry out external evaluations covering the following areas of work:
- Management Development Programme
- Public Affairs and Policy
- NICVA Websites
The purpose of the evaluations will include the following:
- Provide an objective assessment of achievements within the projects
- Provide evidence of outcomes
- Provide accountability to funders and other stakeholders
- Contribute to future planning and development
Register by submitting letter of application by 23 June 2006, stating specific area of interest and expertise to:
