This introduction to risk assessments and managing risk will demonstrate the benefits of risk management and show you how to develop risk management procedures, identify risks and carry out a risk assessment, analyse these risks and draw up an action plan to deal with them and monitor and review your action plan.

Strategic planning has come a long way. In today’s world it is less about routine and rationale and more about creativity and value added. In this fast changing world of plenty, differentiating your service requires radical thinking, flexibility and speed.
This two day course focuses on new concepts like blue ocean thinking, creative destruction and strategic leadership. Not your average, boring old strategic planning by a long way.

This course will feature practical activities to improve your skills in writing press releases. It will also stress that public relations is an essential part of your communications strategy and must take account of key messages and target groups.

Beginning with a talk about how best to present yourself and your message, you will gain real television experience with a recording and individual feedback.
