This management programme delivered by NICVA represents the organisation’s commitment to continuous professional development and ensuring delivery of high quality services.

The NICVA first line management course is accredited through the Open College Network at level 3. The content of the course was designed for the voluntary and community sectors and NICVA tailored it specifically for Triangle staff working within:

  • Floating Support,
  • Supported Employment, and
  • Supported Living Services.

The aim of the course was to provide the knowledge and skills required to manage effectively in a voluntary or community sector, and to enhance personal effectiveness. The staff involved can now apply their skills across all the services provided by Triangle Housing Association.

Edna Dunbar, CEO for Triangle said:

I commend the team’s achievements and thank you all for your commitment to excellence in service delivery enabled through up to date knowledge and skills relevant to the voluntary sector.

Sandra Bailie, Skills Development Manager NICVA stated:

I congratulate the group on their hard work and success, and Triangle on their investment in skills development.

I would encourage you to continue to use the skills that you have learnt and to engage in further professional development.
