A lot has happened since the last issue, with the release of details of the Review of Public Administration and the subsequent shake up of local government. A number of new board members were elected at NICVA's AGM, which was preceded by a successful conference on civil society.
NICVA has recently teamed up with Netcom to offer discounted telecommunications to member groups. This month also brings welcome news of a Christmas bonus for NICVA members - a month's free trial of the all-new Grant Tracker website. On a related note a number of important funding deadlines are approaching including DSD's Modernisation Fund, the Rural Women's Sectoral Support Programme and a number of Lottery and Comic Relief streams.
The New Year ushers in a new round of NICVA's hugely popular Outreach Training Programme and the last
opportunity to get reduced rate training on the Management Development Programme.
