Over the last few months, staff in NICVA have been made very aware of the difficulties many organisations were encountering as they made applications to Peace II and the Building Sustainable Prosperity (BSP) Programme. In order to identify those issues which could be constructively addressed, a seminar 'EU Programmes - the story so far..' was held on 19 March to provide an opportunity for organisations and groups to relate their experiences - good and bad. The comments were incorporated into a submission paper which NICVA then took forward to key bodies involved in the management of the Programmes.
