Leonardo da Vinci Phase II - Call for Proposals 2002

Leonardo da Vinci is a European Union programme which aims to improve the quality of vocational training by supporting a range of collaborative partnership projects. It aims to achieve this by promoting transnational activities and cooperation through the exchange of good practice and innovation between partners.

The programme focuses on three principle objectives:

  • To improve the skills and competencies of people in initial vocational training
  • To improve the quality of, and access to, continuing vocational training and life long learning
  • To promote innovation through training, to improve competitiveness and entrepreneurship and to foster cooperation and partnership.
