We are all asked at some time to make a donation to charity (or other good causes).

While NICVA would encourage everyone to give in a planned and tax-effective manner, spontaneous giving also has a valuable role to play in supporting charities and other good causes.

This pamphlet outlines the different types of collections, the legal requirements relating to collections in Northern Ireland, good practice procedures for collections, and some guidelines for individuals who wish to donate to charities.
