Research
The Society funds research into the cause cure and care of dementia. Our quality research on dementia (QRD) programme involves carers and people with dementia in the decision-making about the priority areas for funding.
Volunteering
Volunteers play a key role in all aspects of Society work, to support fundraising, to deliver services, to speak publicly about the experience of living with dementia and to raise public awareness.
The Society provides training and support to all volunteers to ensure they have an interesting and rewarding experience.
