Antrim Road Regeneration Committee Initiative for greater Antrim Road Area from Carlisle Circus to Waterworks Park area and all adjoin locations, and provide a social and economic regeneration to encourage investment and employment and generally improve quality of life for people in area and link to city centre and tourism and build community engagement.

 Also A.R.R.Community Interest Company (ARRCIC) established for provision of new mixed use building in area as a social economy business which will have a large restaurant , cafe, training conference facilities on first floor and 2  offices units , as well as two floors of 2 bedroom apartments living above the facility in one building.
