Provides the funding and management style for two registered NGOs based and registered in Kenya and Nepal and both called Moving Mountains. They carry out the operational side of the objectives, these being the relief of poverty education grants, medical assistance and advocacy as well as employment and long term mentoring and support for hundreds of families.

Moving Mountains also supports a complete hospital in a remote part of the Ukraine, and runs a forest enrichment project in the jungles of Borneo where the plant 40,000 trees per year.

Moving Mountains has no administrative overheads in the UK or in any of it's operational NGOs because the entire charity is financially underwritten by Responsible Tourism Company Adventure Alternative.

Moving Mountains Kenya and Nepal both carry out building projects - schools, clinics, orphanages, monasteries, micro hydro plants, irrigation systems, street child rescue centres, tea plantations - as well as training highly enthusiastic and motivated staff in all the countries to self-manage and become self-sufficient. The charity provides capital investment, but the company provides valuable revenue streams from tourism, thus enabling the charity to move to new areas and apply the same efficient model of expenditure and development.
