It is a bespoke service and is only applicable to those networks with ten or more member organisations. If you would like further information please contact the NICVA Membership Officer at 028 9087 7777 or email frances.mcatamney@nicva.org.

The process
Once you've decided which type of NICVA subscription is right for you, we want to make the process as straight forward as possible. In general, a membership application will take between six to eight weeks to fully process. We are happy to keep you informed throughout the process, and you can contact the Membership Officer at any time. If you are applying for full membership of NICVA we will require the following documentation:
1. A copy of your group’s constitution or governing document (i.e. Articles of Association)
2. Your latest annual report (if unavailable, a copy of your group’s latest minutes)
3. Your latest set of audited accounts (if unavailable, a copy of your latest bank statement)
We will be unable to process your application without this information.
These documents should be supplied along with the completed Membership Application Form available on request or to download here (see link at bottom of page).
You should complete the application form and return along with the required supporting documents and the appropriate payment to:
NICVA Membership AdministrationFREEPOST BEL88
Belfast
BT15 1BR
When we receive your completed form, it will be reviewed by our Membership Officer, who may contact you to follow up on your application.
When that process has been completed, your application is then forwarded to a meeting of the Executive Committee* of NICVA, who will make a determination on your membership. If at any stage in the process you feel you need any further information or advice, contact the NICVA Membership Officer, who will be pleased to help you with your enquiries.
Your membership begins on the date of approval. Once approved, your organisation will receive a NICVA welcome pack which will include your membership certificate, details of your GrantTracker password, as well as further details of the many services available to you.
* NICVA Executive Committee's determination in matters of membership is final, and NICVA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of an organisation or prospective subscriber for membership.
