Collaboration and Merger Newsletter Issue 1
In a recent NICVA Member survey 63% of respondents recognised that mergers would play a part in counteracting the recession fallout.
Mergers are not easy and will not work for all, so with this in mind, NICVA has developed a number of services to help Chief Executives consider and act on their options.
NICVA has produced a Collaboration and Merger newsletter as part of its Recession Toolkit.
In the newsletter you will find information on the advice and services NICVA can provide you with if you are considering plans for collaborative work or merger, as well as a case study from organisations who have already agreed to pool their resources and work together.
Organisations may wish to collaborate with others in a number of ways and mergers, too, can have a variety of options. If this is something your organisation might benefit from, or you'd like more information so you can determine if you could usefully work with others, please download the full newsletter below
