Do you run raffles, lotteries, prize draws?
If you do, do you know about the strategic review of Northern Ireland's gambling policy, practice and law? Read about the current rules and if you have comments, let us know before Monday 1 March.
In September 2009 Social Development Minister, Margaret Ritchie MLA, announced a strategic review of Northern Ireland’s gambling policy, practice and law. This includes the law on lotteries which covers raffles and the sale of tickets at fundraising events.
If you have any comments on how the regulations on lotteries could be changed then please contact denise.mccann@nicva.org or neil.irwin@nicva.org before Monday 1 March.
For information on the current rules see NICVA’s advice note on lotteries
