Equality Champion Programme
In partnership with NICVA, the Equality Commission is delivering a modular programme of five seminars aimed at assisting voluntary sector employers to meet their responsibilities under employment equality legislation.
The following events have been scheduled for this autumn:
- 12 October - HR Specialist: Reviewing Key Equality Policies
- 19 October - Equality Champion Briefing: The Reasonable Steps Defence
- 25 October - All Staff Equality Awareness - Rights and Responsibilities
- 9 November - Line Manager Training
- 8 December - Notes and Queries - Annual Update on Equality Law Developments
