Need help with governance?
NICVA's governance and charity advice service can help you in a number of ways to improve your governance, from reviewing and redrafting constitutions to providing tailored training in your own premises ...
Our governance officers can help you with reviewing and redrafting your constitution or memorandum and articles of association to ensure that it is fit for purpose. You can also have governance training delivered to your whole committee in your own premises at a time that suits them. Available options include: Roles and Responsibilities of Committee Members and Managing and Assessing Risk.
Online support is available in the form of a dedicated charity law reform webpage that keeps the latest up to date information on the implementation of the Charities Act. The website also has a huge range of FAQs and advice notes to download at no charge.
If you have a governance enquiry or would like to use our governance services, please contact Andrew, Edward, Janet or Denise on 028 9087 7777.
