New Charity Regulations and Working Towards Good Governance
The Developing Governance Group, in association with the Charity Commission and local support networks, is holding a series of free seminars focusing on the new rules and regulations that come into being from the Charities Act.
The sessions will also look at the importance of good governance in charities and outline the key principles of the Code of Good Governance and Governance Health Check which have been developed to help and support committees of all sizes.
The seminars will also demonstrate how organisations can use the DIY Committee Guide website to help implement the Code of Good Governance.
These seminars will take place in venues across Northern Ireland in partnership with local support networks in your area. If you would like to attend, please register with the named contact in your chosen area below. Please note that there are only a limited number of places at each venue.
