Brain Injury Matters is a local charity dedicated to enhancing and rebuilding the lives of people in Northern Ireland who are living with an acquired brain injury. We do this by providing information and support services to survivors as well as their families and carers.
Services
Our Services include:
- The Wellbeing Programme-offering specialist community based support including Neuro-physiotherapy, tailored exercise and gym programmes, drama and art therapy, counselling, and health awareness to sustain and promote a good quality of life after rehabilitation.
- The Younger Person’s Network-providing a structured personal development programme which combines physical, emotional, social and practical supports for young people 16+.
- Counselling-providing training and emotional support for survivors and families.
- Let’s Move Programme-a strength, conditioning and physical fitness programme.
