Cancer Choices

Cancer Choices was established in 2004 as an independent, patient-led organisation with a simple goal – to support anyone affected by Cancer. We do this through the wide range of support services we offer. As an independent, patient-led organisation we are particularly aware of the additional challenges facing people who live in a rural area, such as isolation, loneliness, and travelling distances.

Since 2004, we have grown to become one of the leading Cancer Charities in Northern Ireland. All staff and volunteers have firsthand experience of the Cancer journey and understand the challenges associated with a diagnosis.

Working closely with a range of partner organisations ensures our services are delivered to the highest quality and in a professional manner. We offer training opportunities for service users, volunteers and health professionals. We have increasingly been in a position to impact the highest levels of the local Health Services and  Government, campaigning on a variety of issues from carer’s rights to winter fuel payments.
