The latest NJC payscales and typical roles and responsibilities associated with each scale point.
The cost of living increase for 2009/2010 is 1% on Spinal Column Points 11 to 49 and 1.25% on Spinal Column Points 4 to 10 inclusive.
The award is backdated to 1 April 2009.
