Published in February 2011, this report examines the draft Budget released for consultation by the Northern Ireland Executive.
NICVA commissioned PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide a factual analysis of the Northern Ireland Executive's draft Budget and departmental spending plans to assist voluntary and community organisations to produce robust consultation submissions. This review was the only comprehensive, independent review of the draft Budget and highlighted gaps in departmental spending plans.
