Conference Facility Pricing

NICVA’s facilities are for the use of voluntary, community or charitable organisations (for non business purposes only, e.g. charitable or community related matters), or by public or private organisations for work associated with the voluntary and community sector.  NICVA members get a 30% discount on Room Hire [first column in table below].

Evening bookings are an additional £14.40 per hour and weekend bookings are an additional £28.80 per hour.

Equipment hire

NICVA has recently upgraded its audio/visual equipment, including the addition of a fully managed A/V control booth. This offers the ability to cater for both large and small scale events to a professional standard. All this equipment can be hired for your event. See the price list below for some of the packages on offer.

Bronze Package: Room hire + £40.00

Applies to Conference A, Conference B or full Conference Room setup.

Includes: Free WiFi; Data Projection System (up to two screens); Laptop with PA Audio; Lectern with built-in mic

Silver Package: Room hire + £100.00

Applies to Conference A, Conference B or full Conference Room setup.

Includes: Free WiFi; Data Projection System (up to two screens); Laptop with PA Audio; Lectern with built-in mic; up to three roaming mics; up to five table-top mics; set-up and disassembly of audio equipment, including pre-test and sound check.

Gold Package: Room hire + £185.00 (half day) or £265.00 (full day)

Applies to full Conference Room setup only. Please note, NICVA will need seven days notice of your requirement for this package.

This option is for those who want a fully managed service, with a full time, trained and experienced AV engineer on hand for the duration of your event.

Includes: Silver package equipment hire plus an AV engineer on hand throughout. They will be responsible for the continual audio monitoring during the event and presentation setup and control, if required.
