QCF - Qualifications and Credit Framework courses are vocational (work-related). They use a credit system so that you can study units at your own pace and build these up into qualifications over time.

ILM Level 3 Award Qualifications in Leadership and Management

If you are a newly appointed manager or aspiring to be one and need some confidence and recognition for your skills and experience then our ILM Level 3 Award Programmes might be the answer. You can choose from the units listed below which area of management you need to learn more about or improve. You choose the most appropriate to you and which add up to a total of 4 credits to gain an ILM level 3 qualification. The programme is provided online and once you have registered and paid you will have access to the materials for two months. NICVA provide support and guidance for the two assignments you will have to complete.

ILM Level 3 Award in Management of Volunteers

Would you like to improve how you manage your volunteers? Would you like advice on developing volunteer agreements as well as how to support and motivate volunteers? This two day course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to manage your volunteers more effectively. It has been designed specifically for our sector by NICVA and Volunteer Now and provides you with a recognised ILM qualification.

TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF)

This ever popular course is back and some changes have been made to help learners improve their teaching practice. The level 3 award is designed for those working towards a teaching/training qualification or for those who don't want to take a qualification but want more information about how to teach/train effectively, for example, in your workplace if you train people as part of your job either in groups or as individuals.
