Accredited training with NICVA
In response to the continued need for accredited training for staff, volunteers and board members in our sector, NICVA provides a range of recognised qualifications. Designed for our sector while meeting accreditation requirements.
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited training programmes are designed to develop leadership and management skills and confidence and ultimately improve our organisations and services provided to communities. Our Training Qualifcations UK (TQUK) programmes develop training and facilitation skills, equipping trainers to deliver high quality training and benchmark against best practice.
We are pleased to report that our annual reviews for ILM in December 2022 and TQUK in February 2023 had excellent reports with no issues at all. We continuously work to improve what we do and how we do it by acting on feedback and reflecting on our practice as a team, so you can be assured of high quality training provision and support.
We have supported over 450 people from our sector to complete an accredited programme since March 2020 and the impact of this is increased confidence, improved practice and stronger leadership in our sector. You can read more about the impact here.
