Communities in Transition: Building Capacity opens second series of webinars and fundraising clinics for groups in East Belfast.
Funded by The Executive Office and managed by Co-operation Ireland, the Communities in Transition: Building Capacity programme aims to support the development of community and voluntary sector capacity in The Mount and Ballymacarrett areas of East Belfast.
Session 2 - Covid Response Support
As with the first series of webinars delivered in July, these are is designed to provide guidance and support as you and your organisations respond in your communities to the Covid pandemic and plan for future recovery. You will hear from our experts, as well as having the chance to share your experiences and gain some insight from others. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions in advance and we can arrange a one-to-one session with our experts.
Each session is delivered online and will be no more than 90 minutes long.

How to register
We would encourage you to send someone from your organisation to each of the five sessions, but you can go to as many or as few as you need. Click on the link for each session you want to attend and follow the instructions to register. You will be sent a link in advance, with the opportunity to submit your questions or queries on the topic in advance.
Fundraising Advice Telephone Clinics: Tuesday 15 September 2020
Communities in Transition: Building Capacity are delighted to offer participating groups in East Belfast the opportunity for free fundraising support and advice . Organisations can book a free one hour slot with Lynn Kennedy, NICVA’s Fundraising Advice Officer, to discuss current funding applications, explore potential new sources of income, develop a fundraising plan or a fundraising strategy or simply take the opportunity to have a sounding board regarding anything fundraising-related. The training and clinics are only open to community groups working in The Mount and Ballymacarrett areas of East Belfast.
