The free Sector Matters health checks include:

• carrying out a financial assessment, involving a review of your financial planning and budgeting, accounting systems, financial reporting, internal controls, income management and staff and committee skills
• drawing up an action plan in response to the review
• delivering up to four days' remedial work, ranging from designing and delivering bespoke training to hands on support in developing your accounting systems and procedures.
