FREE Training and learning for 2022
As we approach a new year we may be thinking about new opportunities and the skills we need. There are lots of ways to learn especially now with so many online options.
Sometimes there is a cost to training and this can be a barrier because we don’t have the money available. So, this article highlights some FREE resources and training that we have on offer for NICVA members.

- We have our FREE Transformative leadership programme (TLP) on offer across Belfast. This 10-module programme is funded by Peace IV through Belfast City Council. It aims to build leadership skills and connections between people living and working in interface areas of Belfast in order to make change possible. Our next course in North Belfast starts on 25 Jan and there are other courses starting in other parts of Belfast you can express your interest here. There is the option of achieving an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management as part of this course.
- We have a wide range of FREE recorded webinars available on our website for you to access and learn from. These include topics such as fundraising, governance, cyber security, leadership and management and much more.
- There is a wealth of FREE information in our advice notes and resources on our website.
