Half price on NICVA's conference facilities

NICVA is offering a 50% discount on its conference room hire for bookings in July and August.

NICVA is making conference room facilities available at half the usual price, for bookings dated between 1 July and 31 August 2012.  

Any bookings for this period which have already been made will, of course, be invoiced at the discounted rate. (Please note that equipment and catering charges are not included in the discount offer).  

About our facilities

NICVA's has a purpose built conference centre, equipped with superb modern facilities to accommodate your every need.

With flexible meeting spaces, catering for large scale events to smaller meetings, as well as comfortable break out areas, it is the perfect venue for training courses, large or small conferences and seminars. NICVA also has a separate reception area for registration if required. In addition, their in house technician will ensure your event runs smoothly with state of the art audio-visual technology.

Facilities include:

  • Meeting spaces can accommodate between 10 and 150 people
  • Multimedia resources

  • Catering and refreshments
  • Full disability access
  • Free car parking
  • Wireless internet access available in the conference area
  • Stage to host large events such as AGMs or award ceremonies

NICVA’s conference facilities are for the use of voluntary, community or charitable organisations only, for non business purposes ie charitable or community related matters, or work associated with the voluntary or community sector.

NICVA is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre or a short walk from Yorkgate Train Station. You can easily catch a bus from the city centre (No. 1D) direct to Duncairn Gardens, or (Nos. 61 and 64) to City Side Mall (Yorkgate) (a few minutes walk), we also have a bicycle shed for cyclists.

NICVA has a number of free parking spaces available to enable you to enjoy your event without the headache and expense of city centre parking. On street parking and parking in surrounding areas is available within close walking distance. NICVA is also located within walking distance of city centre and train station and is easily accessible from M1, M2 and M3.

We offer a wide range of catering options for all your needs, including a hot finger buffet, vegetarian alternatives and special dietary requirements on request.
