Increase to Statutory Redundancy, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Sick Payments
Statutory redundancy payments increase from 1 February 2013 Statutory Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Sick payments increase from 6 April 2013
The Government has confirmed that the maximum amount of a week's pay used to calculate a statutory redundancy payment and increases from £430 to £450 on 1 February 2013.
The standard rate of statutory maternity, paternity and adoption pay will also increase from £135.45 to £136.78 per week from 6 April 2013.
Statutory Sick Pay will increase from £85.85 to £86.70 per week
