Manifesto Engagement Events
As the 2016 Assembly Elections approach many organisations in our sector will already in engaged in the process of writing their manifestos and talking with political parties to influence the content of their manifestos
To help with the process of engaging with parties on the content of their manifesto NICVA have arranged a series of Manifesto Engagement Meetings with the policy team of local political parties.
Each event lasts two hours and at the event attendees will have the opportunity to engage with party policy officers on the issues that matter to them, make direct contacts with the party's policy team, and learn about the process the party undertakes to put its manifesto together.
Four of these events have been planned so far and you can read further detail on them and register to attend via the links below:
- Alliance Party - 12th November, 2pm
- UUP - 18th November, 2pm
- Sinn Fein - 19th November, 10am
- DUP - 3rd December, 2pm
- SDLP - 10th December, 10am
