Inspiring Impact NI

NICVA, CO3 and Volunteer Now Enterprises Ltd are pleased to announce their new calendar of events for the Inspiring Impact project.

The three organisations were awarded grants to support groups to plan for impact practice in Northern Ireland. They have come together to plan and promote their events to ensure the best coverage for the sector and make this project as accessible as possible for groups throughout Northern Ireland. The project is funded through the Inspiring Impact NI Programme – a Building Change Trust initiative which will support voluntary and community and social enterprise organisations and their funders to better understand and embrace impact practice.Building Change Trust

NICVA, CO3 and Volunteer Now Enterprises Ltd will be delivering 10 free masterclasses between November 2014 and March 2015. Locations and venues throughout N Ireland are listed below so hopefully there will be one at a time and place to suit you.

These interactive masterclasses will give you a chance to investigate the Code of Good Impact Practice as well as the cycle of impact practice and show you how the Measuring Up self-assessment resource can benefit your organisation. We will also introduce participants to the online resources that will assist with planning and measuring impact. A selection of these masterclasses will be targeted at specific groups so that they can discuss issues directly relating to them. Others will be open to all organisations in the voluntary and community sector.

There is follow up support planned for organisations who would like to take it a step further. This is in the form of free one to one mentoring sessions, action learning sets and clinics. They will provide opportunities to share learning; have questions answered and get practical help using the tools and resources. Then there will be a final roundtable event to share best practice and how the measuring up tool has been used. This will be a further opportunity to reinforce the value of the tool and resources and action plan for the future.

NICVA, CO3 and Volunteer Now Enterprises Ltd will work together with you to help you define the difference you want to make and focus on how to plan to gather evidence to show you have made a difference. Don’t miss this chance to avail of help and support to improve your services and impact your own sustainability. Book your place today.
