This is an excellent opportunity to join NICVA's administration team in the role of part time Receptionist.  The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Monday 30 January 2023.

About the role
The part time Receptionist role is 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) working 9am - 5pm. The salary for the role is NICVA salary scale B equivalent to NJC points 5-6 (£21,575 - £21,968 pro rata.) Starting salary £12,945 for 21 hours.

Summary of main responsibilities:
To provide NICVA’s receptionist services operating a central telephone switchboard, greeting and directing all visitors and assisting with administration.

In addition to satisfying all essential criteria, by the closing date, applicants should have:

  1. One year’s experience in a Receptionist role to include:
    • the operation of a central switchboard
    • greeting and assisting all visitors
    • general administration duties.
