Action Teams were established to take forward some of the more pressing recommendations.  Bureaucracy, red tape and disproportionate audit requirements have long been a focus of our work in this area and, following a successful meeting of the influential Public Accounts Committee in NICVA, an additional Action Team on bureaucracy was established chaired by the NICVA Chief Executive and the Head of the VCU.
