Summer Offer - half price room hire at NICVA
With this summer offer, book your meeting, conference, training or event with us between 1 July and 21 August 2015 and get a 50% discount on the room hire cost. Any bookings which have already been made during this period will be invoiced at the discounted rate. Please note the discount is applied to room hire only and excludes catering and equipment.
About our facilities
We have recently invested in a new filter coffee machine for the conference facilities so we are pleased to now be serving fair trade, freshly brewed filter coffee - good news for all coffee lovers who visit us!
NICVA has a purpose built conference centre, equipped with excellent modern facilities to accommodate your every need. With flexible meeting spaces, catering for large scale events to smaller meetings, as well as comfortable break out areas, it is the perfect venue for training courses, large or small conferences and seminars. NICVA also has a separate reception area for registration if required. In addition, our in house technician will ensure your event runs smoothly with state of the art audio-visual technology.
We offer a wide range of catering options for all your needs, including a hot finger buffet, vegetarian alternatives and special dietary requirements on request all supplied by local social enterprise Loaf Catering.
