Survey of those shielding or supporting those shielding
How is shielding affecting people and those supporting them? The Patient Client Council wants to find out.
Approximately 80,000 people in Northern Ireland have been impacted by the advice to shield.
The Patient and Client Council is facilitating engagement with those who have been advised to shield due to the risks of COVID-19, and those who are supporting them.
The purpose of this engagement is to understand the impact shielding has had on individuals, to inform the steps and processes that must be considered now and in the future, and to ensure that the voice of those impacted contributes to this.
This is the beginning of a constant conversation.
Please find below a link to a self-completed survey. This should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. The findings from this survey will outline key themes for the Department of Health to consider when adapting current restrictions for those shielding.
