Temporary Receptionist (TR'22)
About the role
The Temporary Receptionist post is ideally for 3 days (21 hours) per week on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday though 2 days (14 hours) would also be considered on these days. The role is based at our offices in Duncairn Gardens and the requirement for the temporary cover will be reviewed weekly.
The rate of pay is £10.90 per hour equivalent to the real living wage.
Summary of main responsibilities:
The role is to provide NICVA’s receptionist services, operating a central telephone switchboard, greeting and directing all visitors and assisting with administration. To do this role, NICVA seeks someone with experience working in a Receptionist role and who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills to provide an effective service to those visiting and contacting NICVA.
