Local Government employers confirm there will be no pay offer for 2011 - 2012

Update on Payscales 2011 Local Government Employers have confirmed to local government trade unions they will not make any pay offer for 2011/12. This is in response to a pay claim lodged with the Local Government Employers at the NJC AGM on 13 October 2010 for an increase of at least £250 on all salaries and spinal column points for 2011/12.

Organisations are currently working from 2009-2010 scales which can be viewed at:  http://www.communityni.org/sites/files/communityni/Final-NJC-PAYSCALES%2009_0.pdf
