What are your Legislative Priorities for 2016?

The Northern Ireland Assembly passed 48 pieces of legislation during the 2011 - 2016 mandate on topics as wide as pensions to licensing, insolvency to food hygiene.

Below are a list of legislative priorities that NICVA has identified. We would be interested to get your views on which piece of legislation you think the Assembly should prioritise over the first 12 months of the new Assembly term.

We appreciate that you may feel each of these proposed pieces of legislation should be prioritised. What we are interested in seeing is your top priorities and your ideas for the pieces of legislation you feel are most important for our sector, your organisations and the people we work with.
