Celebration of achievement - In Person at NICVA **REGISTRATION CLOSED**

21 April 2023 -
11:00am to 1:00pm

This event is an opportunity to recognise the amazing achievements of our Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) graduates.

We are delighted that 389 people from the Voluntary and Community Sector have achieved an ILM or TQUK qualification through NICVA since September 2019, and are putting their skills and knowledge to work across our incredible sector.

In this anniversary year of the Good Friday agreement, we are reflecting on the contribution of our leaders with the Voluntary and Community Sector over the last 25 years.

While looking to the future to grow stronger and develop more as leaders – ready for whatever challenges we face over the next 25 years and beyond.

This will be a chance to connect with other leaders from the Voluntary and Community Sector in Northern Ireland who have completed one or several of our qualifications - ILM levels 3-7 in Leadership and Management, ILM level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring and TQUK level 3 in Training and Education.

It will inspire and encourage you on your leadership journey, give you further examples of best practice, and make you and your organisation stronger and more impactful.

We will have a number of speakers including our CEO Celine McStravick, Professor Karise Hutchinson, Professor of Leadership at Ulster University and Provost of the Coleraine campus and some of our own graduates.

They will share their leadership journey and what they have learnt along the way.

We will end with a networking lunch and chance to reconnect with other graduates and friends.

Please register for this event by 12noon on 19 April 2023.
