Wellness and Connection in the Workplace: What Works for Wellbeing?

Join us for this interactive one-day, in-person Learning Event where you will share, learn, and connect with each other around wellbeing practices for yourselves and your organisations.

You will have an opportunity to reflect on your personal wellbeing, recognise and understand how Covid has impacted on our mental health, as well as learning and sharing how you can improve wellbeing outcomes for your organisation.  You will also have time to make new connections and discover how you can support each other, with practical advice from organisations such as NICVA, NI Chest Heart and Stroke and Inspire Wellbeing.

Who is it for?

This Learning Event is for anyone in your organisation who is responsible for the wellbeing of staff and volunteers.

Facilitator

The session will be facilitated by Catherine Murnin, Founder of The Wellbeing Pathway. Catherine has over 20 years' experience in health and wellbeing practice through her work with patients, carers, communities, and businesses. She has developed training and support materials for community organisations and workplace wellbeing programmes for the statutory and corporate sectors.
