Effective communication is the key to successful leadership and project management – it keeps teams aligned, focused and moving forward together.

Learn how to utilize two platforms – Slack for Communication and Asana for Project Management.  This online workshop will give you an introduction to both platforms and how they can be used effectively for hybrid or remote teams to work effectively together.  This session will help you bring all your communications together in one place and adapt to a new way of hybrid or remote working.

Julie McGrath is a Digital Training Consultant for Digi Skills Agency, who provide inclusive digital training and support that is practical, jargon-free and easy to understand. They can provide a variety of solutions for individuals, community and corporate, serving to advance employment, education and skill-building opportunities.
